Our goal is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry.

In NAWIC, we believe that each woman and her job are important. There is no distinction among the membership as to the importance of one woman's job over another. NAWIC is a member-driven organization with governance by representative using an elected Board of Directors at both the Chapter and National level. The organization is self-governing, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan, and has no affiliation with any religious, fraternal or labor group.
