Dinner by Sabrina Rigas, menu includes: Grilled eggplant and zucchini in rich tomato sauce, saffron rice topped with pine nuts, roasted chicken seasoned with dried limes and pomegranate sauce, flourless almond orange cake for dessert.

Speaker: Kara Diane Festa is a Certified Integral Coach, Body Trust Coach, an engineer, and a consultant. She has owned her own engineering business for more than 10 years and has been working in STEM for more than 25 years. She's a mom of two, wife, and life-long learner.

Kara believes that the old ways of "doing" life and business need to make way for a more compassionate, conscious, connected way of being.

Her mission is to bring about this change in the world, through her work with executives, teams, and organizations.

Kara will be speaking to us about busyness, stresses and overworking.
