She champions Head and Heart Leadership, developed through her years in the Credit Union Movement, where she held roles from Director to SVP/Chief, but none of those describe what she does best - help people succeed.

A Certified Professional Integration Coach, Compassionate Leadership Coach, and Team Coach, Cindy is committed to continuous growth and community service. She serves on the Finance & Investment Committee of Literacy Connects and is a Board Member of TROT and Pyramid FCU. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, and sewing.

She has been deeply involved in massage education, holding various positions in a spectrum of school environments since 2002. Adrienne has developed ancillary materials for textbooks widely used in massage programs and has trained all levels of practicing massage therapists and educators. She holds advanced certifications in neuromuscular therapy and prenatal massage. Her clients range from permanently disables veterans to collegiate, elite, and professional athletes.
